We will agree prior to engaging with a client, fees and expenses and will charge reasonable fees for the services delivered. Additionally, we will gain authorization for additional fees and expenses beyond the original agreement, before additional work is initiated to ensure the client understands the costs associated.

We will appropriately handle all confidential client information, and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. We will work within the confines of HIPAA and other government mandated acts as appropriate by client and never do anything that exposes our client to unneeded liability or risk. |

We will avoid conflicts of interest and will immediately disclose to the client any situations that may influence my objectivity and will offer to withdraw from the assignment should we feel our objectivity is compromised. |

|
We will not offer employment to an employee of an active client without prior knowledge of the client. |

| |

|
|
We will not accept commissions, remuneration, or other benefits from a third party in connection with the recommendations to a client without that client's prior knowledge and consent, and we will disclose in advance any financial interests in goods or services that form part of such recommendations. |

We will promote adherence to the Code by other member consultants working on our behalf. |
